This hospital jacket has more straps than you can count. There are conventional cloth straps down the back, a single crotch strap plus a unique belt like pair of straps at the waist. This pair of waist straps make escape much more difficult. There is no front or side loops, but if you tie the arm straps to the lower back straps, then escape will be very difficult.
