Front View of Unknown Long Sleeved Jacket with Front Buckles (size medium) This jacket has a very unusual design. First it has leather buckles that fasten in the front, a relatively rare feature. Front buckles are more accessible and thus less secure that rear buckles, but they do make the jacket more comfortable and less threatening. But the real unusual thing about this jacket is the length of the sleeves. They are the longest we have ever seen! They go around the body, through a loop in the back of the jacket and then come around to fasten in the front. Thus they need the length to go completely around the body. This is a novel design that makes the sleeves serve a double role, to secure the arms and to act a s security belt around the lower chest. This makes it very difficult to remove the jacket over ones head. Overall this is a very nice jacket.
